Alliance InfoSystems Director of Client Relations Scott Bigham has completed the requirements and has met the qualifications for Microsoft’s Customer Immersion Experience CIE Program.  CIE content is designed around real world business scenarios vs. specific products and is a powerful tool that allows customers to test-drive and get a hands-on experience as well as self-assess on the value that a consolidated Microsoft Office 365 platform could deliver for their business.  The program is designed to provide a high-quality experience for every customer and the pre-requisites and requirements for completion include several days of classroom training, quarterly facilitator commitments and reporting. The profile for a successful CIE facilitator include technical expertise, presentation experience and coachability.
