Here at Alliance we are always looking to improve the way we work while simultaneously providing increasingly better services for our clients. In an effort to make these improvements, we have made a few changes to our office, and we would like to take the time to inform all of you of these changes and how they will help better your relationship with Alliance InfoSystems, and our overall effectiveness as a company.
First, we’d like to welcome Brittany Biscotti, as our Service Desk Dispatcher; her role will be to help monitor and manage service requests, make sure they’re put into our system correctly, and dispatch these requests to the appropriate resources. Brittany will act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of service requests, as well as monitoring each service request to ensure prompt entry and respond time. Brittany will be continuously communicating with our customers regarding any updates, incident progress, changes, etc.
Second, we’d like to welcome Chelsi Bell, as our Project Coordinator; her role will be to develop and manage technology projects for our customers by managing cost, time, and scope constraints. Chelsi will focus on developing schedules, meeting deadlines, milestone dates, and quality assurance tests. She will create project plans to communicate tasks, statuses, goals, budgets, and identifying resources needed.  We want to make sure that our clients have all that they need from our company, and our technicians, and Chelsi will help to assure that these needs are fulfilled.
One of our technicians, John Garcia, has been promoted within Alliance as our Senior Support Engineer and Network Administrator. John’s role will be maintaining the design and integrity of the internal systems, including customer-facing hosted and cloud environments, as well as providing technical assistance to team members with system and network requests. John will oversee proactive technology management, as well as offering support for issues relating to the internal systems and network infrastructure and disaster recovery solutions. John will also be assisting with any new technical hires we may have in the future.
One of our long-time Alliance members, Scott Bigham, has also been promoted to Director of Client Relations! Scott’s role in this new position means he will be responsible for the sales lifecycle as it pertains to the current customer base of our company. He will manage the entire sale lifecycle, which will include new sales opportunities, performing onsite and online demonstrations, proposing and closing manage service contracts, and the sale of service products. With Scott in this new role he will be able to fully focus on managing our clients and ensuring we are providing the best experience for our customers from start to finish.
Alliance is very excited to have two new team members, as well as these very significant promotions for two of our long-time team members, and we know that with these changes it will make Alliance that much stronger!
