Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Case Study: Transforming Technology Infrastructure for Growth and Efficiency

Where They Started

The organization began as a small startup Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) firm with only two computer users. They needed a method to store and share files and data, as well as email services. This was before Office 365 was mainstream, so they required a file server and a Microsoft Exchange Server, which we hosted and managed.

Where They Are Now

Today, the organization has grown to over 1,000 computer users with a scalable and smooth process for rolling out new centers. They have migrated their email services to Exchange Online and their file services to SharePoint Online and Microsoft OneDrive, allowing them to decommission the old servers and work directly off their laptops. They now benefit from centralized device management and mobile application management, ensuring security and efficiency.

How Alliance InfoSystems Helped

Centralized Device Management

We implemented a two-tiered approach to centralize device management. This included conducting a manual asset inventory and creating a process to ensure all devices were managed and secured under one platform, Microsoft Entra.

Mobile Device Management

We implemented mobile application management (MAM) to ensure that all mobile devices used by employees were enrolled and managed. This allowed us to restrict access to company resources on non-corporate devices.
