AIS Awarded 2017 MEEC IT Hardware Contract
University of Maryland and the Maryland Education Enterprise Consortium MEEC today made awards to Alliance InfoSystems, LLC (AIS) for IT Hardware categories and brands within their 2017 MEEC IT Hardware Contract.
Under this agreement, AIS is an approved vendor partner and has been selected to provide computer hardware and related services for MEEC partner institutions. AIS has been awarded Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for products and brands within Data Storage Devices & Systems, Server Class Hardware Equipment & Virtual Computing and Network Hardware categories.
AIS had awards and has been an approved vendor partner to MEEC and its member institutions on the previous UB-12-B-19-A1 2012 IT Hardware Contract, originally awarded in June 2012.  This follow up award demonstrates the commitment AIS has displayed to the Maryland education community helping MEEC member institutions achieve 21^st century institutional and classroom hurdles as educators are increasingly relying on technology to help transform the learning experience.  AIS aligns with the vision, mission, goals and values of MEEC and its member institutions and looks forward to performing to the standards set within the agreement.
