Swadesh (Swat) Guchhait

President

Swat brings more than 20 years of management and executive level experience in the technology industry to AIS. Prior to founding AIS in 2004, Swat was a regional director for Manchester Technologies, a $300 million dollar publicly traded company. Holding a B.S. in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland, Swat began his career at Manchester as a field engineer, working his way up to Manager of Network Services and IT Consulting Services before being named to a directorship. As President of AIS, Swat strategically leads the company in pursuing opportunities to develop business and deliver superior technology-based business solutions.

Sara Szot

Vice President of Operations

With more than six years of experience in financial management, Sara joined AIS in 2013 as office manager. Sara has a strong background in supporting sales and business development teams. Prior to AIS, Sara managed the accounting of over 250 clients for a commercial real estate consulting firm in Pennsylvania. As Director of Operations, Sara oversees the operations and internal systems of AIS. Sara holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College.

Tom McCadden

Vice President of Technology

Tom joined AIS in early 2006 as a network engineer, and since his promotion to Director of Engineering Services, his team has been responsible for designing and consulting on data center solutions – including data center infrastructure, virtualization, data protection, disaster recovery and private and public cloud solutions. Also, his team has been instrumental in providing clients with detailed network assessments and recommendations, supporting successful network implementations, migrating to Office365 for national companies and implementing client collaboration solutions. Prior to being promoted to Director of Engineering Services, Tom spent the past few years as Director of Technical Services where he focused on customer support, service desk and project lead. His responsibilities also included, managing technical partnerships and R&D on new products and solutions.

Mike Tribbe

Director of Sales

Mike was promoted to Director of Sales in September 2013. Since being hired in 2009 Mike has advanced from outside sales positions to Sales Director optimizing his talent to meet and exceed customer expectations by conveying and delivering a more comprehensive solution which includes cloud, managed and professional services. He has a strong understanding of pre and post sales, combined with over 20 years of experience in the IT solutions industry. As Director of Sales, he is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization.

Mike has an insightful understanding in areas of management, business development, and sales. Prior to joining AIS he served as Business Development Manager with a leading IT service management provider specializing in enterprise-level solutions. He led sales efforts in Maryland for the converged voice/data networking division which he grew to an average of $2 million annually by managing full sales lifecycles and up-selling additional product and service offerings. Prior to that he built his sales and business development career with several national and local IT Services firms supporting leading enterprise and fast growing companies. Mike holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Towson University.
