Swadesh (Swat) Guchhait

When Swat was a child, he wanted to follow in his father’s footsteps and pursue a career in biochemistry. But when his father recognized Swat’s attention to detail, he suggested to his son that he explore information technology instead. This set Swat down an exciting path. He developed an intense passion for IT and earned his degree in Information Systems Management at the University of Maryland. Now he is a member of the Information Systems Board at UMBC. With more than 30 years of experience working in the IT industry, his focus is on growing AIS and leading the company to success.

Sara Szot

After earning her degree in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College, Sara spent six years supporting sales and business development teams in the real estate sector. After acquiring extensive experience cultivating SMB teams, she joined Alliance InfoSystems in 2013 working on the company operations. As President, she oversees the operations and internal systems at AIS and is fully committed to establishing processes that benefit both AIS and its clients.

Executive VP & CTO

Tom McCadden

Back in 2006, Tom joined Alliance with a mission to lead the AIS team and help them design and develop custom technology solutions. Since then, he has developed and built IT and cybersecurity solutions to help clients realize their vision and also protect it. While overseeing the service and engineering teams, he also manages the relationships AIS has with industry leaders and leads the R&D team to stay on top of new technology solutions.

Stephanie Kulp

Stephanie began her career in real estate, mastering skills in sales, negotiation, and customer service. This experience gave her a deep understanding of market dynamics and client needs. In 2019, she joined Alliance as a business development professional, where she focused on identifying growth opportunities and forging strategic relationships. Her dedication and success led to her promotion to Director of Sales, where she now oversees the Alliance sales team.
