Not enough hours in your workday? Have a last minute project to implement? Experiencing some uplanned downtime? No matter what the situation or need is, we are here to help. Whether we are ensuring that backups are working correctly, virus prevention tools are performing flawlessly or the components of your network are communicating as designed, we always strive to provide the best services on-time and under budget. Proactive, professional and cost effective service is what we consistently provide to our clients.
Alliance InfoSystems always delivers high quality service using our professional, experienced and knowledgeable engineers. To best match the needs of our clients, we offer four types of service plans:
Time and Materials
Obtain the help you need when you don’t have a broader service plan in place. For Time and Material customers, pricing is broken down into the following three engineering categories:
- Engineer 1 - desktop related issues.
- Engineer 2 - servers and email issues.
- Engineer 3 – network infrastructure, firewalls, infrastructure, security and disaster recovery.
Block Time
Most of our current customers utilize our convenient Block Time Service Retainer Plan. With Block Time, clients receive lower discount than our standard Time and Materials Rates and receive quicker response times. You simply pre-pay for a set number of service hours and utilize them for projects or support as they are needed. These hours do not expire and can be purchased at any time for your convenience. During the Block Time hours, our staff provides preventative and unplanned maintenance, as well as handles any immediate needs that may occur onsite.
Remote Monitoring Agreement
With our Remote Monitoring Agreement, an Alliance InfoSystems engineer provides weekly remote monitoring of your server and sends you accurate weekly reports. Email, telephone and remote support are also included in this plan. Price breaks on service calls are also an added incentive.
Maintenance Agreement
With our Maintenance Agreement, an Alliance InfoSystems engineer is onsite each week for a set amount of hours to actively manage all IT systems, including routine maintenance and trouble shooting. These plans are priced according to the individual needs of that customer.
